Aqua Natal Sessions
Our Aqua-Natal classes are 45 minute classes which include exercises that combine the therapeutic properties of the water with a unique whole-body workout. Being supported in the water provides a low-impact environment in which to exercise with the huge benefit of easing pregnancy aches and pains. The buoyancy of the water gives you the feeling of being weightless, takes the pressure and weight of the bump off your joints and connective tissues, and decreases lower back pain.
Aqua Natal classes combine all fitness components into one session with none of the stresses or strains on the body, which means it is the safest and most sensible form of exercise to do whilst pregnant.

Parent And Baby Classes
Parent and Baby swim classes involve lots of play to help the children learn. We also use submersion techniques to help the children feel confident in the water.
Children can start from just 6 weeks old.
Small Group Swimming Lessons
We offer small group swimming lessons for children, with no more than five children in a group you are assured that your child receives the individual attention important to develop their swimming skills.
One to One / Two to One Lessons
Private swimming lessons help children to learn with confidence. We can adapt the structure of the lessons to suit your child’s individual needs.
Adult Swimming Lessons
Private swimming lessons provide the greatest flexibility and one-on-one attention for swimmers of any age, beginners or improvers.
Aqua Natal Classes
Aqua natal classes are the best way to ease pregnancy aches and pains along with a full body workout. Feel weightless in pool and forget about the stresses and strains on your body.
Mermaid Lessons
This is a fun activity that allows young swimmers to wear a special mermaid tail outfit and learn how to swim like a real-life mermaid or merman!
Pre Club Sessions
Our Pre Club sessions are designed for swimmers who are perhaps thinking of taking a step into competitive swimming in the future.
Fitness Sessions
Available for adults and juniors. During these sessions swimmers will have the opportunity to build fitness and stamina and develop stroke technique.
