Adult One-to-One & Two-to-One Lessons
1:1 Adult Swimming Lessons
Our one-to-one lessons are catered exactly to your needs, providing focused, personalised structure with your instructor’s full attention. This option is ideal for adults who want to build confidence, overcome fear, or make steady progress with tailored technical support.
2:1 Adult Swimming Lessons
Prefer to learn alongside someone you know? Our two-to-one lessons are perfect for friends, couples or family members of similar ability. You’ll receive expert guidance while sharing the experience in a supportive, encouraging environment.
We use swimming pools at several venues around Bournemouth, Poole and Ferndown.

Group Swimming Lessons for Adults
Our Adult group lessons have no more than 5 swimmers per class, designed to support you through your swimming journey. You’ll receive personal attention while benefiting from the motivation of learning alongside others.
Beginner Group Lessons
Ideal for non-swimmers or those who feel nervous in the water. These sessions focus on building water confidence, learning essential skills such as floating, comfortable breathing, basic movement/strokes and developing a strong foundation in a relaxed, encouraging environment. The teacher is based in the water for support.
Improver Group Lessons
Designed for adults who are comfortable in the water, able to swim 25m plus in one/two strokes and want to strengthen their stroke technique. We focus on improving efficiency, coordination and overall swimming ability, helping you feel more confident and capable.

Adult Fitness Sessions
Looking for a low-impact way to improve your fitness?
Swimming is one of the most effective full-body workouts available, building cardiovascular endurance, strength and stamina without putting stress on your joints.
Our adult swimming fitness classes are designed to challenge and motivate you, each session includes a structured training set tailored to different levels, so you can push yourself safely while improving technique and endurance. Based around 1000-3000m per session.
Whether you’re training for an event, returning to fitness, or simply looking for a healthier routine, these sessions provide expert guidance in a supportive environment.
Classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or as block bookings.

Parent And Baby Classes
Parent and Baby swim classes involve lots of play to help the children learn. We also use submersion techniques to help the children feel confident in the water.
Children can start from just 6 weeks old.
Small Group Swimming Lessons
We offer small group swimming lessons for children, with no more than five children in a group you are assured that your child receives the individual attention important to develop their swimming skills.
One to One / Two to One Lessons
Private swimming lessons help children to learn with confidence. We can adapt the structure of the lessons to suit your child’s individual needs.
Adult Swimming Lessons
Private swimming lessons provide the greatest flexibility and one-on-one attention for swimmers of any age, beginners or improvers.
Aqua Natal Classes
Aqua natal classes are the best way to ease pregnancy aches and pains along with a full body workout. Feel weightless in pool and forget about the stresses and strains on your body.
Mermaid Lessons
This is a fun activity that allows young swimmers to wear a special mermaid tail outfit and learn how to swim like a real-life mermaid or merman!
Pre Club Sessions
Our Pre Club sessions are designed for swimmers who are perhaps thinking of taking a step into competitive swimming in the future.
Fitness Sessions
Available for adults and juniors. During these sessions swimmers will have the opportunity to build fitness and stamina and develop stroke technique.
