We can cater to groups of up to 5, including two-on-one and one-on-one sessions, and our lessons are mainly aimed at adults and teenagers. Taking place at Sandbanks beach, near Shore Road, our open water swimming lessons are currently available on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as other weekday evenings. Held all year round, cold water techniques are typically covered in lessons during the Winter months. If you require the hire of a basic wetsuit we work closely with The Watersports Academy at Sandbanks to ensure this can be easily arranged if necessary.
